Lemonade - homemade
1 bag lemons
1 bag sugar

You can use as many or as few lemons as you like. You just need to remember that for every glass of lemon juice you need I glass of sugar.

The ratio is 1:1 although some people prefer more sugar

Squeeze lemons and pass through a fine straigner twice.

To every glass of lemon juice you need to add 1 glass of sugar. Pour into a bottle and leave a little room at the top so that there is plenty of room to mix the ingredients.

Shake the bottle and leave to one side, repeate 2 or 3 times or until the sugar has dissolved.

Store in refrigerator and serve with hot or cold water to taste.
